Kay started in the insurance industry working in her brother’s agency in Ohio. After relocating to Rochester, New York, she joined the James Lloyd Agency as a customer service representative. After working at the Lloyd Agency, she became an insurance agent working with Aetna Property & Casualty Company. In 1990 Kay transitioned from a captive agent to an independent agent successfully securing quality insurance for her clients. She is a strong believer in educating her customers on the value of insurance and how insurance can protect them in a time of need. Ms. Kay Thompson has been a community activist serving as President of North Street Business Association, and former board member of NAACP, and MarketView Heights in the 2000s. Kay Thompson continues to maintain a positive and constructive working relationship with the city of Rochester advocating for strong partnerships within our community.
Christopher is Rochester native, a graduate of East High School and State University of New York College at Buffalo. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Buffalo State where he was a secondary education major. Christopher has been licensed as a property and casualty agent and broker since 2009, an educator in the Rochester City School District he believes education is the key to success in one's journey in life. During his leisure time, Christopher likes to volunteer his time working with young people in academic and entrepreneurship; tutoring and helping them in developing life skills.
